Mental health is an issue for everyone. Not a select few who are just being “EXTRA.” Extra sensitive. Extra broken. Extra wounded.

Just as much as we all have to brush our teeth for teeth health, we all have a mind and need to care for our mental health. S/O to the dental hygienists!
Just as much as we have to eat and have eaten the wrong thing at some point, we all have a heart that has not always been treated with care.
Healing is a need we ALL have!
Not just “those people!”

We all carry a lifetime of hurts. Big and small. And each had an impact on us. Trauma is anything that changes how you see yourself or the world. #Truth

But life has also taught us to hide those pains. It became necessity to hide them from ourselves as well. That is DENIAL. We create safe spaces for us to VOICE it. Say it out loud so it doesn't have power over you anymore. #Authenticity

Many believe that you can do this list and then "POOF! You're healed." It doesn't work that way. Healing is GOD'S job. We guide you to begin welcoming the changes HE is leading you toward and doing it TOGETHER just feels better.

Then comes the fun part. Finding your purpose THROUGH the journey and #CONQUERit.
Recovery is always given a bad wrap.

We don’t hide our healing.
We OWN it.
We don’t hide our pain.
We VOICE it.
We don’t hide our trauma.
We HEAL it.
We don’t hide our purpose.
We CONQUER it.
We, at All Made Well, have been to the late-night, basement meetings with the people that society wants to cast aside. We have seen God moves mountains in a share circle and then seen people pick their shame back up at the door on the way out.
Instead, let’s declare together:

We reject the shame and we are stepping into our #CONQUERit!
